Registration

To access certain premium features of Adloadr, you must create an account and subscribe to one of our paid plans (“Subscription”).

By registering:

  • You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information.
  • You agree that your use of the Service is for business or professional use, not for personal/household consumption.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at support@adloadr.com.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any registration at our sole discretion.

Subscription Plans

We offer:

  • Monthly Subscription Plan
  • Annual Subscription Plan

The subscription period begins when your payment is confirmed and renews automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

In certain cases, new users may receive a free trial. By entering the trial, you agree that:

  • The paid subscription will automatically begin once the trial ends unless canceled beforehand.
  • Only one free trial is allowed per user.
  • We reserve the right to withdraw or modify the trial offer at any time.

Occasionally, we may offer additional services beyond the subscription. These services may be charged separately and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Fees and Billing

All fees are charged in your selected currency (default: USD or INR based on region).

You authorize us to:

  • Charge the applicable subscription fee (monthly/annual) to your chosen payment method.
  • Use third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal) to securely process your payments.

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your billing and payment details up to date.
  • Covering any applicable taxes or fees.
  • Any legal/collection fees incurred in recovering unpaid amounts.

We reserve the right to revise pricing. If we do, we’ll provide advance notice and the opportunity to cancel before your next billing cycle.

Renewals and Cancellations

Renewals:

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Cancellations:

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.
  • Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund any fees already paid.
  • Monthly and annual subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a promotional or special refund policy.

Termination:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription (with or without notice) if:

  • You violate these Terms or misuse the platform
  • Fraud or abusive behavior is suspected
  • Legal or regulatory concerns arise

If we cancel without cause, we may offer a pro-rated refund. No refunds will be provided if the termination is due to your breach.

Effects of Cancellation

Once your subscription ends:

  • You lose access to all premium features of the Service.
  • Your saved data may be deleted after a grace period.
  • Free-tier functionality (if available) may remain accessible.

You may cancel anytime via your account page. If you’re unable to cancel, you may contact our team at support@adloadr.com, and we’ll assist within 1–2 business days. If cancellation fails due to a technical error on our side, you may be eligible for a refund.

Survival of Terms

Sections that naturally extend beyond cancellation or termination will remain in effect, including those related to account use, intellectual property, disclaimer, limitations of liability, and governing law.
